Summary of Imperfectly Right

Ann, a poor 25 year old woman who separated from her parents to live with her Aunt,Sarah, in Bangkok. She never lets anyone take her down and she hates love relationships, because of her parents divorce. Due to the need of money, she takes a job to be an assistant with a 5 month contact, but when she meets the famous Ken Theeradeth, a spoiled brat and a player with a mysterious past, she finds it harder to survive, in the five months Ann learns and brings out the true Ken, she also finds out that its harder to control her heart than she thinks. Will both,Ken and Ann find out what the true meaning of love really is?

Chapter 1:
Sarah: Ann!! Wake Up!! It’s a Monday!!

Ann woke up suddenly and groaned “Another Monday?” she rubbed her eyes and begin to remove her covers. She began with her usual routine and went downstairs.
Ann: Good Morning Auntie
Sarah: Good morning sweetie, you want some porridge before going to work?
Ann: Uh-- Sure.... Icanmakemyowncoffeethough. ( She said it out fast, made it sound like it was all one word)
Sarah: I knew you don’t like my coffee.
Ann: -- No.. I love it, but....... I’m old enough to make my own..
Sarah: (smiles) How is it working for a famous designer?
Ann: Ehh... I don’t really do anything
Sarah: Fah is amazing... Is she coming over?
Ann: She’s busy, you know how famous people are...
Sarah: (walks to kitchen getting porridge) Ka.... (walks back with porridge and gives to Ann)

Sarah: Bring it to the sink and go to work!

Ann washed her hand and walked out the door.
Sarah: Bye Honey! Remember to call your mom!

Ann waved and gave her Aunt a thumbs up!

When Ann got to work, her friend Weet would always help her get her stuff out and walked her inside..
Ann: Weet, you don’t have to do this.
Weet:I know but... My heart tells me too..
Ann:(smiles) You little joker, I should call you that from now on.
Weet: Did you finish booking up meetings for Fah?
Ann: Yes, I did

When they got in everyone was working already she went into her office, where her friend Fah was waiting for her.
Fah: Sawadee Ka Nong’Ann.
Ann: Sawadee P, What’s going on?
Fah: Good news and Bad news
Ann: Oh, Boy.
Fah: (smiles) You’re being transferred
Ann:What?!!
Fah: Its ok
Ann: But why?
Fah: My childhood friend’s crew needs an assistant, asked me for a good worker of mines.
Ann:But-
Fah: Good news is they pay really good money much more than you make here.
Ann: But why not someone else
Fah: Because I know you need the money to go back to school. Ann trust me on this... But hurry and give me an answer …..someone else might take it.

Ann wasn’t sure on anything.............. So she decided to give an answer later.

On the phone with Aunt
Sarah: You should take it!
Ann: But why?
Sarah: You always wanted to be an actress
Ann: I don’t even know who I’m going to work for
Sarah: So its a yes?
Ann:Well...
Sarah: You remember you always dreamt of the perfect house for you, me, your parents,although they divorce, and for Susan to live in?
Ann: Yes...
Sarah: and remember we never had enough money to take you in for acting class, or to audition......
Ann: Ok, Fine, I’ll take it, but I’m doing it for you.
Sarah: Now go tell Fah before its too late.
Ann: Okay Auntie, ….....Bye.

When Sarah hung up the phone, someone rung the door bell...
Sarah: Who is it?!
She opened the door and....
Sarah: Susan!
Susan: Sarah!
Sarah: Long time no see...
Susan: Can I come in?
Sarah: Yes, Of course

They went in and sat on the sofa in the living room.
Sarah: How come you came back to Bangkok?
Susan: I came back, to find my son, also New York was getting too cold
Sarah: Kavi?
Susan: Yes, and my husband
Sarah: What happened to Prik too?
Susan: I left them in Thai Land here
Sarah: Did they move.............?
Susan: I went and nobody was there,........... all the people around there said nobody lived there for more than a year now.
Sarah: So, How are you going to find them?
Susan: I guess I need you …...........and Ann’s help.

Ann went all over looking for Fah, but still no luck... She went into the meeting room, but still didn’t see her “where’ d she go?” Ann went back to her office but then met Weet on the way?
Weet:Ann........
Ann: Fah..Where is she?
Weet: She left
Ann: Where?
Weet: Well I don’t know, you booked up the meetings for her, you should at least know where she is.
Ann: Oh~ That’s right!
She quickly went in to her office.
Weet: Why do you want to see her.
Ann: sh~
she searched the papers on her desk, Weet went and grabbed her hand
Weet: Calm down, what’s going on?
Ann: Aye Weet!
Weet: well?
Ann: I want to take the job and transfer to a different company...
Weet: (Lets Go of Ann’s arm) but-
Ann: But what?
Weet: Why though?
Ann: Because …........I have a dream to chase.
Weet: …....
Ann: I’m sorry...
Weet: No need to be sorry..
Ann:But I really want to be an actress
Weet: Ann.. I’m Fine
Ann: ….....Thanks Weet! (she smiled)
They searched and finally found it.
Ann:Ok its 10:42 now, and she’s at the Mall for an interview, ends at 11:00
Weet: Then she has a Radio station to attend.I’ll Drive
They went and got to the mall
Ann: I hate how i can’t call her.
Weet: She never answers anything!
Ann: Weet?
Weet: Mhm?
Ann: I wish you can go with me too...Cause then if i do get the job I wouldn’t feel so lonely
Weet: It’s a dream YOU want to catch.

They got in and it was so crowded. They could barely make their way in. They went and searched finally saw a big sign “FAH”
Ann: She’s over there! Fah! Fah!

Fah finally looked and saw it was just Ann and Weet.
Fah: Weet?Ann?

Ann caught up to her breathlessly.
Ann: I’ll …. I’ll ….take the job!
Fah: What job?
Ann: (Catches her breath) The job you told me this morning
Fah: Oh,...... Sorry....... Abby took it...
Ann: what?....

Fah: Sorry I wish i knew earlier

Ann: Oh~ Nevermind.......Then, We’ll be leaving

Fah: No, you guys should stay for awhile

Ann: I can’,t sorry

So then they left bitterly

7pm , It was time for Ann to go home... Driving home, Ann got a phone call from her mom

Suzie:Ann, Honey, this is mom
Ann: Hello mother.
Suzie: What time is it over there?
Ann: 7pm what about Los Angeles?
Suzie: 4am
Ann: Why aren’t you asleep yet?
Suzie: i was thinking about that day..
Ann: What?
Suzie: When........ You’re Dad and I........... got divorce
Ann :What? Why are you thinking about it?
Suzie: Not sure... He’s probably having a great time in Minnesota
Ann: Mae.. Got to go I Love You, go sleep, hows grandma too?
Suzie: Okay my darling I love you too, Grandma is fine she missed you a lot.
Ann: I miss her too..Bye

Ann hung up, pulled in the drive way, she took out all her stuff and went inside, there she saw her 2 Aunties eating fruits at the dining table. “Susan!!” She dropped her things on the couch and ran to her give her aunt a hug.
Ann: Back from New York?
Susan:Yes I miss you so much darling
Ann:I miss you too! Oh.....Sarah...... I didn’t forget you

She gave Sarah a huge hug

Sarah: How’s work honey? Did she give you the job?
Ann: Well I gave her an answer too late,some one else took the job.
Susan: Its okay my Ann
Ann: No I’m fine.
Sarah: Well then go wash your hand dinner’s almost ready.

Ann went to the bathroom, she came out and went to the kitchen “ I’ll set the table”she said opening the cabinets. She grabbed 3 forks, Spoon, and plates, she brought it to the table and sat it it down. She helped bring the food to the table and sat down.

Ann: Mmmm Auntie, seems good

Sarah: Shrimp with beef?

Ann: One dish only..... but still seems yummy.

Susan: Ann, eat a lot then.

As they finished Ann cleaned the dishes, while her aunts took care of the table. When they all finished cleaning her Aunts called her to the living room for a meeting,they all took a seat and Susan told Ann what she shouldv’e known.

Ann: (Stands Up) You Have a SON who’s OLDER than me?! And you have a husband?!
Susan: Calm Down (Ann sits back down)
Ann: So all these years, you, Mae , and Khun Pa was hiding them from me?
Sarah: You’re mom never knew.
Susan: Remember She and I never got along.
Ann: That doesn’t mean you hide them from us.
Susan: Well when your Grandma and Grandpa got a divorce, I went with Grandpa, then I went and got married. But now,
Ann: Now what?
Susan: I …....lost them..
Ann: Huh? How do you loose them?
Susan: When I left to New York, I never spoke to them again.
Ann: But wait, how come Sarah never told me about them (Looks at Sarah)
Susan: I told her, not to
Ann: So how are you going to find Ka.... Ka....

They chatted and chatted till 12am, Ann fell asleep on the couch. 3am Sarah fell asleep, using Ann’s hip as a pillow, Sally thought and thought, she was sad to leave them, and she regretted but she’s the only one who knew the TRUTH.
The sun rose and Ann went to work confuzzled “ (Auntie Susan)Pa Susan, how dumb are you?”She shook her head. Time goes on and on... Ann was at work bored out of her mind, then finally time for her to leave again. She walked to her car, got in and drove off.

Ann:What’s the point of going to work if there isn’t crap for me to do!
*Phone Starts ringing* It was Weet and the other end
Ann: ….Weet! I was so bored.. without you!
Weet: Sorry, My Day off! What did you do today?
Ann: Nothing, sit there and stared at the clock
Weet: Fun..
Ann: Hold on Weet another line.

Ann answered and it was Fah.
Ann: Hello, this is Ann.........
Fah: Ann this is Fah, Good news can you come to the office?
Ann: Uhh.. Sure .. Ok...

Ann switched lines and talked to Weet again.

Ann: Weet I’ll call you later, Ok? Bye..
Weet: See you tomorrow then

Ann hung up and turned back to the Company.When Ann arrived, she went up stairs to Fah’s office up on the 25th floor.She knocked gently and went in.

Ann: Yes Fah?
Fah: Take a seat here
Ann: (Closes door and took a seat in front of Fah’s desk) yes?
Fah: You know Abby, right?
Ann: (Nods) Yes
Fah: We’ll she decided not to do it anymore.
Ann:(smiles) really?
Fah: yes, so I’m offering it to you again.
Ann: Well what do I have to do?
Fah: What he tells you..
Ann: What’s his name?
Fah: Ken
Ann: Ken?
Fah: Yes, Ken,
Ann: What does he do for living
Fah: He’s a Superstar, you never heard of him?
Ann: Never (shakes her head)
Fah:Well, he’s very, hmm.. well he’s short temper, uptight, lives in his own world, and well, He’s ….very.... Unique
Ann: Oh..
Fah:Here’s the form, you tell them bout yourself, its a 5 month contract, make sure you really want to do it before you sign.
Ann: Ka....
Fah: Oh yea then the interview i booked up for you it tomorrow morning 8am, the place and rest of the info are written on there.
Ann: Thank you! (Do usual Thai greeting. Called Wai )

Ann left and called her Aunts to notify them she was going to be home late. As she got home she went right upstairs to her bedroom, she changed into her Pj’s and sat down on her bed she grabbed the paper from her night table and reread it. She thought about it over to see if she really do want to take it, she wanted it to do it for her Aunts.

Ann: -sigh- Will I be able to survive?

She put away the sheet and lay down on her bed and blanketed herself, she set her alarm for 7:00. After a long day Ann was very tired, she then....... fell asleep.

Susan: What’s wrong with Ann?
Sarah: She’s probably just tired.
Susan: I’m happy Fah offered the job to her again
Sarah: My poor Ann’s probably going to have to work harder though.
Susan: You think we should check on her.
Sarah: No, she probably wants to be alone.
Susan: Yes, I guess.

It was the sound of Ann’s alarm waking her up.
Ann got ready within 10 minutes then left for the interview... It was hard to get there..... but she finally found it.
Ann: AJ studio? I guess its this one.
It was already 7: 45 Ann wanted to hurry before she was late, she didn’t want them to think she wasn’t a hard worker who was going to be late to everything. she quickly rushed in.

Ann: (Goes to counter) Excuse me, but Fah Thapeda booked an interview here for me.
Lady: Oh yes and what’s your name?
Ann: Ann Thongprasom..Ka..
Lady: Yes... Here you are.... Please sit there and wait for AJ.
Ann: AJ? But i thought his name was Ken
Lady: (smiles) AJ is his manager, he’s the one who chooses the workers
Ann: (Fake smile) Ah....Haha.. Ka....(walks to the comfy chairs and took a seat)

Ann: (walks up to the counter..) Is he here yet?
Lady: No- Oh.... there he is (points over to the door)

Ann turned around, there was a handsome, tall, white skinned man. who looked in his middle 30’s.He looked over at the counter and Ann caught his whole attention, with her hair flowing down perfectly, her white skin, perfect height, a girl who doesn’t over dressed her clothes , or wear all the make up she has, a Beautiful Lady was what he saw. AJ: Does she need help?
Lady: No, She’s the lady you’re going to interview
Aj: (smiles, Thai greeting) I’m AJ and you are?
Ann: (Does thai greeting back) Ann Thongprasom. Nice to meet you.
Aj: well lets go to the room then.
Ann: Sure
They both walk to the elevator and went up to the tenth floor. They went to the end of the hall way and the room on the right.
Aj: Ann, take a seat here and we’ll start.

Aj: We’ll be very happy to accept you, if you do want to take this job please sign this contract.

Ann read through it and thought about it, she not only, want to do it for her aunts but she wants to do it for her parents. She picked up the pen and signed the paper. Aj and Ann stood up shaking each other’s hands. “ Thank you, you can start whenever you move all your stuff out of Fah’s company.” (usual thai greeting) “Thanks so much!”

Ann walked out and got into her car. “I miss you …..Mae...(Mom)”

When AJ got home, Ann was all he could think about, her smile, her voice, her personality. “She’s Beautiful” he whispered. He felt so good being around her, he never felt like this ever.. “Can it be love?”
*Knocks door* Aj snapped out of it he got up and checked who was at his door, he opened and it was Ken.

Aj: Ken.. What brings you here?
Ken: Did you find me an assistant?(He snapped)
Aj: ... come in first

Ken came in and sat down, he had the looks, the fashion, but an outrageous attitude.(SB Kawee)

Ken: So did you?
Aj: Yes, I did......
Ken: Who is it?..
Aj: Her name is as beautiful as her face. She’s Ann
Ken: Ann? Only one person in this world has a face as beautiful as her name...And that’s my mother.
Aj: Ken, you lost your mother for how many years now.
Ken: ( Breathes heavily) You know what I’m leaving! !
He stood up, walked towards the door and knocked down the chairs. As he walked out to his luxurious car, his tears started falling. He wiped it off with his whole palm and got in.
Driving, he kept thinking bout his mother, as tears started falling, he pulled over suddenly. Before he knew it paparazzi swarmed all around his car. Taking pictures of him.

Lawan: (Reads the newspaper out loud) Ken Theeradeth cries about getting rejected from actress Cherry Khemupsorn, who he recently came back from Hong Kong with.
Aj:(turns to Ken) Why were you crying?
Ken: I wasn’t..............I....I............... I was rehearsing a part......... from the new lakorn I got reserved for.
Aj: Well, Now its news what are you going to do?
Lawan: Ken! You better think of something to clear this up!
Ken: Alright! ( He walked out.)
Lawan: Come back here! I’m the boss of you! come here!

Ann went upstairs of the company to find Weet. She was happy to tell him the news but sad too. she walked to the snack room and found him.
Ann: Weet!!
Weet:Ann
Ann/Weet: (Both at the same time) I have something to tell you!!
Ann/Weet: What?!
Ann/Weet: I Got a JoB!!
Ann/Weet: Where?!
Ann/Weet: AJ STUDIO!!
Ann/Weet: Wait What?!!
Ann: Ok ok , What?!
Weet: I’m the security there
Ann: I’m the assistant there
Weet: we’re both getting transfered!
Ann:(Hugs Weet) I’m so happy!!
Worker:SHUT UP!!!
Ann: Lets go clean our offices
They went and cleaned out their whole office, all there was left is to tell Fah.
*Knock*
Fah: Come in.
Ann: Hey, Fah
Weet: SAWADEE!!
Fah: Hello, you two, Ann, how was the interview?
Ann: I got the job!
Fah: Nice! When do you start? Tomorrow
Weet: And.. I......... got the job
Fah: I’m happy for you two
Ann/Weet: Thank YOU!!
Fah: No problem, but I gotta warn you two. My friend’s an actor, he picks up habits from the characters he play. So if he plays sweet,he’ll be sweet ,if he play bad boy he’s a bad boy.
Ann and Weet looked at each other.
Fah: But don’t worry he’s just done filming a movie so, he won’t start again till next year.

Chapter 2:


Ann and Weet left, and went to AJ studio. When they got there both of them were separated, AJ took Ann and showed her around. Going into a room for just Ken and Aj to have meetings, they both saw Ken with the lady who worked at the counter, both sniffing each other and playing around..

Aj: Ken!
Ken: What now...
Ken realized there was a lady with Aj, she looked like a nice and innocent , Ken hated those girls. Ann gazed at him “That’s my boss?” she whispered to herself. Aj turned to her “ Did you say something?” she shook her head.
Ken: Who’s that?
Aj: Ann, the one I was telling you about.
Ken: huh.... oh.....her?But you said her face was as beautiful as her name (He said mockingly)
Lady: Ew.. She looks poor.


Ken smiled evilly when she mentioned that.
Ann finally raised her voice. “ At least I know the proper way of making money.” and she walked away, both the lady and Ken was pissed off , hearing it from Ann.


Ken: that’s my assistant?!
Aj: Hold on ( He ran off to Ann)
Lady: Ah.. Ken did you hear that?! Ugh! what is wrong with AJ hiring a poor nasty woman like her?
Ken: Shut up! (He ran out of the room and chased after them)
Lady: Ah! Ken, Ken!!

He got closer and grabbed Ann by her arms! “ You have no right to say that to her.” Aj tried to make Ken let go of Ann’s arm. Ann tugged away “And she has no right to judge me!” Ken breathe out heavily “ Aj, if you’re going to hire someone to work for me, don’t just pick up any one from the street.” he looked at Ann angrily.

Ann: People who acts like you, ARE, from the streets
Ken: (raises his fist) How dare you?!
Ann: Go ahead punch me, you’re just going to hurt yourself. NOT me! (Ken slowly put down his fist)


*The elevator finally opens and Aj grabbed Ann inside.* Ken was still pissed off “CRAZY!” The lady came out and held Ken. “ No worries Boon-Mee’s holding you” Ken pushed her off “ Go away! stupid!” she started whining again. Ken walked into the room angrily and slam the door on Boon-Mee. After being pissed off for 20 minutes he went and dress-up. He felt better while looking at himself in the mirror.It was time for him to go down and discuss about the newspaper. He got to the meeting room and saw Ann greeting Lawan, which turned down his mood again.

Ken: You! (goes and grab Ann)Get away from her.
Lawan: …........... What’s wrong?
Ken: What is she doing here?


Ann got mad and tugged away “What are you talking about?” she said innocently

Ken: Stop acting I know how you are....
Lawan: Stop.. Ken... There’s nothing wrong with her, she’s so sweet and knows the proper way of greeting people, unlike you, now stop being nonsense.
Ann: Thank you P’Lawan

Ken got even more mad “ ST-” he didn’t get to finish, Aj walked in
Lawan: Alright lets take a seat.And talk about what we are going to do with this news,
Aj: we should try to convince that it was all a mistake.
Ken: Lets tell them that me and Khun Cherry have nothing at all
Aj: You want us to convince them that? so it means you do like her.
Ken: Crazy, she’s like my sister.
Lawan: Alright I’ll book a press conference.
Aj: People are now going to ask everyone who Ken likes then.
Lawan: ….. True...
Ken: I hate these scandals
Aj: Better find a girl, or these scandals won’t ever end
Lawan: (looks at Ann) Ann you should pretend to be Ken’s girlfriend.

Lawan: You two should just pretend and maybe you two might like each other (Ann and Ken looks at Lawan)......... as a friend....

Aj: Ann’s new, she’s not very comfortable with Ken.
Lawan: Although I just met her, I knew i could trust her. Besides if she doesn’t like Ken then that’s good no real relationship in the future then.

Ken didn’t like what he heard.
Ken: Alright, I’ll do it then.
Ann/Aj: What?!
Ken: I’ll pretend to date her.

Ann: …......I’m going to the bathroom,Excuse me

She walked out to the bathroom “What the hell is he thinking? 5 months of this?” She walked out and Ken was standing outside waiting for her. Ann kept walking but then Ken grabbed her, making her to fall onto him. She pushed away.

Ann:“What do want?”
Ken: (smiles) “Nothing, soon I’m getting you.”
Ann:“Stupid”
Ken:( laughs) “ What took you so long, I know you were happy, but you don’t want to show, that’s why you made an excuse to come out here”
Ann: Keep dreaming
Ken: … What?...
Ann: ..Listen Carefully I don’t like you...... and never will, so get out of my face!
She walked away, right in time Aj opened the door and saw her. “Lawan told me to check on you.”

After the meeting, Lawan wanted to talk to Ann alone.
Lawan: Please help our company.

Lawan: Please na... Please Nong’Ann. I can’t trust others because, Ken …. he’s a ladies man, they would fall for him, or be lost in the fame. But I know you won’t, I can tell you don’t like him, the first person who ever worked for us and don’t like him. Please na.....na......ok?

Lawan: (puts her palm on her heart) Thank you.
Ann couldn’t believe what she just said. She couldn’t back out of this one.

Ann went home bummed out. She talked to Weet on the phone, he liked his job, she was happy for him but still bummed bout what’s going on. Ann kept it away from her Aunties and went upstairs o her bedroom “Stupid Ken! Keep dreaming!!”

Sarah: I’m going upstairs to see what’s wrong with Ann lately.
Susan: I remember when we were little, we never wanted anyone to bother us when we were upset.
Sarah: …...... but............
Susan: It’s normal
Sarah: (walks to the couch and sat down) I guess but anyways did you find out anything yet?
Susan: What? (goes and sit by Sarah)
Sarah: Prik and Kavi
Susan: I guess i can’t ever find them.................

Weet was still at work, he wanted to go home, since its been 8 hours already, but he had 1 more hr. He stood by the
door way. A lady with long legs and the perfect figure, walks by Weet and he caught her attention, her mood became happy and offered Weet a hand shake.
(Girl reaches out her hand)

Weet: Oh sorry I’m Thai
Lady: (puts the hand down) I’m Kanya, and you?
Weet: Hello , I’m Weet
Kanya: uh...I’m looking for Lawan.
Weet: I’m not sure where she is.
Kanya: .. Well if you don’t mind, can you please help me find her.
Weet:.... Um... sure ….I’ll have to tell the other security here first. Aye!!

He came.
Security 1:What........….K....K.....K....Kanya....

Kanya smiled.

Lawan: Aye! Shut up! Saturday, get there before 6:30. Ok Dismiss!
Everyone walked out, AJ felt jealous, he walked away and kept quiet. Ken looked at Ann and smiled.
Ken: I knew you wanted to date me, I mean who doesn’t?
Ann: What?! Stop being conceited. You’re not even all that!
Ken: I Love the way you lie.
Ann: I’m not! Dummy,
Ken: -smiles- What ever.


Ann mount there, she knew there was no point. Without warning her phone starts ringing, it was Weet on the other end, he wanted to have lunch with Ann and that he had good news.

Ken: Where are you going?
Ann: Its lunch time.
Ken: Oh, Yea.....I’ll go with you.
Ann: No. I didn’t invite you
Ken: Why can’t I go.
Ann: No it won’t look good
Ken :We’re a couple
Ann:Not till Saturday!
Ken: What ever I’m still going with you.
Ken stood in front of Ann.

Finally Ken decided he didn’t want to go. Ann smiled and walked away quickly and met Weet at the door. She was so happy and gave him a hug.

Ann: So where are we going?
Weet: To your favorite place


They walked in to the car and went there. The restaurant was an open place, right by the street, it technically didn’t have a door, just a roof and poles to hold it up. Ann was really happy that she returned to the place ,where Weet and her met.
They ordered and the server came with their food.

Ann: What’s the good news?
Weet: Well.....
Ann: Well?
Weet: I think... I’m in …... love
Ann: In love? Really?
Weet: Yes -smiles-
Ann: With who?
Weet: I just met her yesterday.
Ann: …...So Soon -smiles-

Later on they kept eating and telling jokes, all of the sudden girls filled the restaurant. “Ahhh KEN THEERADETH!” The girls laughed and jumped everywhere. Ann turned around and there Ken was sitting two tables away. Ken looked at Ann and tried to smile.

(Tenth Floor) Ken’s Room

Ken returned to the company with Ann, she was mad that Ken had to ruin her lunch. Ken felt sorry, but weird too, he didn’t know why. Ann walked around the room and then stared at Ken. “I’m sorry.” Ken said kindly. Ann looked away and back at him, she then realized his arm was cut. “What happened to your arm?” Ken looked at it and shrugged, she looked in to her purse ,took out some ointment and sat her purse down on the floor. She walked and sat by him, opening it.
Ken: Hey , What are you doing?
Ann: Putting this on.
Ken: I’m fine.
Ann: I have to take care of you, we have a big day on Saturday
Ken: -smiles- So you’re not mad?
Ann: Please DO NOT remind me of it........ Do you have a cloth?
Ken: Over there by the window is my shirt, you can use that.
She went and grabbed it, having him rip it up, Ken ripped it up, but that made his blood come gushing out. Ann wiped it gently. and used the other strip to wrapped it up.
Ken: Thanks..
Ann: -smiles-
Ann got up, she walked up and tripped on her purse, Ken pulled her onto him, she fell on to him and bumped her head to his. “Ouch..” the both said. Ann and Ken stopped and looked into each others eyes, their eyes were locked together. Ann didn’t know but she couldn’t move, Ken never felt anything like this, it was weird for him but he liked it...........“Ouch....” Ken whispered, Ann snapped out and got off him. She picked up her purse and walked out the door. “Stupid! I should’ve kept quiet” he said to himself. Ann walked to the elevator and scratched her head “What just happened?” Ken came out “Ann?”. Ann can hear his footsteps she felt awkward. The elevator opened, she ran in and closed the elevator. Ken got closer, but Ann already left, he sighed and went back to his room.

They kept talking ‘till Weet had to go because Kanya was on the other line. Ann saw the light still on, she walked down and checked on her Aunties.

Ann: I couldn’t sleep
Sarah: Why, Whats wrong?Come sit
Ann: Aunt Sarah, How come you never got married?
Sarah:..Why?
Ann: I’m just wondering.
Sarah: Well, I’ve been through so much, when Grandma and Grandpa got divorce, I’ve decided I didn’t want the same thing happening to me.
Ann: Where’s Susan?
Sarah: She went to sleep.
Ann: I don’t want to ever fall in love, since my parents divorced too.But what if you can’t control your heart?

Ann arrives at the company, she felt sick to her stomach. She scurried into the company and saw the lady at the desk, looking pissed at her. She pressed the elevator button repeatedly the last person she wanted to see was Ken. The elevator door opened she walked in quickly, pressing the 8 button. She took a deep breath. “Were you running away from anyone?” She turned around, Ken was standing there smiling. “Aye KEN!”Ann screamed

Ken: Why are you so scared to see me?
Ann: Who’s scared?!
Ken: The lady who just screamed when she saw my face....
Ann: You just startled me..
Ken: ….. Did you think of me last night?
That question made Ann feel like she just got smacked in the face. The door opened and she walked out, Ken was urging to find out. She pulled Ann and pinned her to the wall.
Ann: What?!
Ken: Answer me!
Ann: Stupid! Why would I, I have no time to think about players
Ken: (Lets go) Right, you were probably too busy playing around with your boyfriend.
Ann: What boyfriend? And who’s playing around! I don’t like annoying people by me.
Ken: Stop kidding I know you like me …. you hired that guy to see if i would get jealous huh?

Ken: Did you ever noticed I love girls who plays hard to get


Ann dropped the conversation and kept walking to the meeting room. Ken dropped it too and chased after Ann. They went in the meeting room and greeted Lawan. Ken took a seat next to Ann, which made her feel even more annoyed
Lawan: Today we have to go and get Ann ready. You too Ken.

AJ: We have to arrive there at 7:00 am the press is coming at 8 o’clock
Ken: Are you ready?(Turns to Ann)
Ann: uh...
Lawan: You’ll be ok

They went and arrived at the place, Ann felt sick, but Ken felt ready to get it on. Ann needed to get her make up done, so did Ken. They took Ann in, she was forced to wear a cute white dress, her hair was long and curled. Ann looked even more amazing. Everyone waited out for Ann to see how she would look like. Ken was getting impatient “Ugh What’s taking them so long” AJ shooked his head “You wanted her to look good, so you have to wait.”

Ann walked out slowly she felt very awkward, she felt as the dress was too short, Ken turned and saw Ann......... Speechless was all that can be described, sparkles in his eyes,his frown turned into a smile.Lawan looked at Ken smiling, AJ was very happy about it, he went up to Ann and complimented her “You look very beautiful.” she smiled “ Really?” Ken was annoyed at how AJ acted. “Ugh hurry it’s already 8:00 lets go!” He grabbed Ann’s arm and smiled “From now on be careful about hanging out with guys, you’re my girlfriend now, don’t make me loose face” Ann got annoyed but still kept smiling. “Your hand are so cold.... Don’t be scared I’m gonna be right next to you.” Ken said happily, “ That’s what scares me, you, being next to me.” she said weakly.


Ann and Ken walked out and saw the press, Ann wasn’t used to having so many cameras flashing at her, she could barely open her eyes.All the press was confused, they had no idea who Ann was.

Ken: Please Quiet down. I’ll answer every questions.
Press: Who is the woman next to you?
Ken: -smiles- She’s my girlfriend, Ann
Press:What?! Since when?
Ken: We met one day when I was visiting my friend Fah at her company.
Press: So everything in the news paper was all lies?
Ken: Yes, Cherry and I are just like siblings
Press: How did you react when you saw the scandal?
Ken: I thought it was ridiculous, that people can come up with such lies.


When Ann heard him say that she tried not to laugh. Obviously cause what he told them was all lies too.

Press: How is it dating someone who’s famous.

*she looked at him sparkles in her eyes, he smiled warmly,holding her hand . AJ kept an eye on Ann, he didn’t feel good about them lying about being a couple, while Lawan was impressed how good they played their roles.*

After the conference was done and they returned to the company again. Ann felt so relieved, while she was walking alone to the elevator and met AJ on the way.
